I am a student of Dr. Darin Henry. I began my practice with Dr. Henry in 2013. My teaching style is in the tradition of my teachers, who emulate the teaching practices and the high standards of Benjamin Pang Jeng Lo, (“Ben Lo”). Ben was a senior student of Professor Cheng Man-ch’ing, the creator of the Yang form we practice.
My practice includes attending regular classes with Dr. Henry and workshops with Kim Kanzelberger and Garrett Chinn, senior students of Ben Lo. Before his retirement, I had the great fortune to experience a workshop with Ben Lo. Having had the opportunity to meet and learn from Ben I understand the devotion so many of his students have for preserving Ben’s legacy, and I hope to be able to do the same.
